A Statement from the Editor

On the 18th December, a local parish councillor Rod, who is not a parish councillor, paid kind tribute to our news room.

As a consequence, an influx of followers and likes followed as did a few confused folk who proceeded to say some hurtful words; “not funny”, “targeting”, “get a hobby”. 

Although our feelings have been cut pretty deep, It would be a deeper regret to have to explain the humour, so we won’t.

However it should be noted that if anyone mentioned, or thinks they are mentioned and would rather not be, please message us and it’ll be deleted. 

So far, everyone that has appeared amongst our satire stories is personally known and thought very highly of. Except for the VW Passat driver. They’re a nob. (Maybe harsh, just an inconsiderate Parker then)

Everyone else are lovely people that stand for what makes Kings Hill a fantastic place to live. 

So if you don’t get it, don’t follow or read the stories. If you are mentioned and don’t like it, then we are really sorry - it’s supposed to be a bit of fun so please message and we will never, ever mention you again - promise!
